You've probably seen this device when you visited a
restaurant, café, or food truck. If you order your meal or tea, the staff might
hand over its pager to you. Afterward, they would say “when the order is ready
which lights up and vibrates, then come to the pick-up desk.” After receiving
the pager, you are free to walk around and don't need to line up in front of
the counter.
